How do I buy an eSIM?
Download the Shpper app, choose your destination and plan, and pay in the app. Your QR code is ready right after purchase.
Can I install it before I travel?
Yes. Install it at home over Wi-Fi. Your plan only starts when your eSIM first connects to a network abroad.
Connected but no internet?
Turn Data Roaming ON, make the Shpper line your mobile data line, and set the APN to “globaldata”.
Can I move my eSIM to another phone?
No. An eSIM installs once and can’t be moved to another device.
Can I add more data?
Yes, from your plan in the Shpper app. A top-up replaces your current allowance on that eSIM.
Why can the price in the app be slightly different?
Prices on this site are converted from UAE dirhams as an estimate. The app shows the final price you pay.
Is my phone eSIM-ready?
Most phones from 2018 on support eSIM, as long as they’re carrier-unlocked.
